Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of majesitcmindgames.com and any related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Majestic Mind Games Ltd ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a game studio based at King Fahd Road, Olaya, Tower 3, Riyadh 12313, Saudi Arabia. By accessing or using the Service, including registering for a player account, accessing Ruinveil closed-beta builds, or browsing the devlog, you accept these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under the laws of your country of residence.

2. Use of the Service

Majestic Mind Games operates an indie game studio website and provides closed-beta access to Ruinveil, an action roguelite in active development. When using the Service:

• You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to create a player account.
• You agree not to use the Service unlawfully, to interfere with its operation, or to attempt unauthorised access to player accounts, backend systems, or beta builds beyond your authorised access level.
• You may not scrape, reverse-engineer, decompile, or reproduce the Service or any Ruinveil build except as permitted by mandatory law. This includes the AI generation engine, level-grammar rules, and enemy-trait pool data that constitute our core technology.
• You may not distribute, stream, or publicly share closed-beta builds without prior written permission from the Company. Public gameplay recordings of authorised beta sessions are permitted with attribution to Majestic Mind Games.

3. Intellectual Property

The Service, including majesitcmindgames.com, all Ruinveil builds, the AI-driven dungeon generation engine, all devlog content, all artwork, and all related software, is owned by the Company or its licensors and is protected by international intellectual-property law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose: playing authorised beta builds of Ruinveil and reading studio content. No rights are granted beyond this scope.

4. User Content

If you submit content through the Service, for example via contact forms, beta feedback forms, or newsletter replies, you are responsible for that content. You grant the Company a limited licence to use, store, and process the content to operate the Service, respond to your communication, and improve our games. We do not claim ownership of content you submit, and we do not use submitted player feedback to train AI models without separately obtaining your explicit written consent.

5. Beta Participation

Ruinveil is in active development. Closed-beta builds are pre-release software. They may contain bugs, incomplete features, or balance issues that do not represent the final game. By participating in a closed beta, you acknowledge that the build is provided for testing purposes and that the Company collects anonymised gameplay telemetry to improve the game, as described in our Privacy Policy. Beta access may be revoked at any time without notice.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Company disclaims all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Mandatory consumer warranties applicable in your country of residence are not affected by this disclaimer.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company's total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service will not exceed USD 100, except for liability that cannot be limited under mandatory law applicable in your country of residence.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Majestic Mind Games Ltd from any claims, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right.

9. Termination

The Company may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, including your player account or beta access, for breach of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law, will survive.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia. Disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights applicable in your country of residence.

11. Changes and Contact

The Company may update these Terms when our service offering changes, for example when Ruinveil moves from closed beta to early access or when new service features are added. Material changes are posted with a new "Last updated" date.
